To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our services to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. However, you grant X a license to use, store, and process your content solely for providing our services. AI-generated images are yours to use commercially under our paid plans.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice to existing subscribers.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
